The file contains a correspondence between Leslie Fry (an anti-Semitic author) and Ubald von Roll (a Swiss right-wing extremist) – the present letters revolve around various details about the defendants' preparation for the Bern Trial; it contains the French transcript of three letters by Mrs. Fry from the 15th, the 31st and the 8th of December of 1934 and several excerpts and summaries (translated to German) of letters by Mr. Roll from the 12th and the 31st of December and the 12th of November of 1934 and the 3rd of February of 1935. Its content is focused on"how funny it is that the forgers won't be called in as witnesse", the announcement of an interesting feature of the documents which cannot be discussed in a letter, the request for a meeting with M. Markoff and Gal. Spir. to facilitate the advocacy, the question whether the plaintiffs will be calling in a witness called Graves (correspondent for 'The Times') and the mailing of trail documents to the 'Welt-Dienst' in Erfurt.
