The file contains the 17th Bulletin from a series of Bulletins dealing with events in the Bern trial. It has been published by the Swiss Federation of Jewish Communities in Switzerland. This Bulletin is regarding the 10th day of trial on the 9th of Mai 1935. Since autumn 1934 the trial has been prepared in order to hear the case of the 'Protocols of the Wise man of Zion'. At this day the 17th session started in the afternoon, the trial was opened by judge Walter Meyer. Fleischhauer refers in this session to the expertise given by Loosli in the session before. He complains that Loosli has made fun of nationalist Germany and questioned his scientific nature. He continues to cling to the testimony of Princess Radziwill, which he titled as a liar. In addition, Fleischhauer presents a Yiddish copy of the 'Protocols', which he intends to use as evidence of authenticity. Loosli, on the other hand, makes it clear to him that this edition of a newspaper, not a 'Protocol', was published only in 1934 and used to educate and inform the Jewish population about the 'Protocols'. For this he earns applause.
