The anonymous publication states that the court found the Protocols fo the Elders of Zion to be immoral forgeries, and says no evidence exists to possibly consider them authentic. Their only purpose is to fuel antisemitic viiew. However, the publication states the courts did not award the damages to the guilty party, and they did not obligate them to publish a retraction.
