The file contains newspaper clips published in Germany and Switzerland. The clippings were published during 1939 and deal with different topics concerning the Bern trial. On April 20, 1939, an article on the anti-Semitic Protocols of the Wise man of Zion was published in the Oltner Tagblatt. In detail they reported about Fleischhauer, the German Nazi, named for Jewish affairs. He the publisher of the World Service (Welt-Dienst), about whose financing nothing is known, an expert in Protocols and an advocate of its authenticity. The anti-Semitic magazine 'Am heilgen Quell deutscher Kraft (Munich)' reports in detail on the victory of Fleischhauer in the Bern trial and his work in the World Service. Although the court has ruled in the first instance for the Jews, it has been possible for Fleischhauer to illustrate to the world that the Protocols are genuine. In addition, the defendants, Schnell and Fischer, were acquitted in the second instance, which is another victory for Germany and Fleischhauer, so the newspaper argues. The 'Volksstimme' also reports about the Protocols in this tone.
