"The file contains newspaper clippings in several languages by several newspapers dated on the from April till December 1935. The newspaper clippings are press comments which refer to the judgment of Bern. A series by the Berner Tagwacht from 30th of April till 15th of May 1935 is attached, as well as newspaper clippings from other European newspapers. The Berner Tagwacht reports in detail about the main sessions of the Bern trial from April 29th till May 13th till. In the main Session 1935 three experts are intervened. C. A. Loosli, expert appointed by the judge, Arthur Baumgarten, expert appointed by the plaintiffs and Ulrich Fleischhauer, anti-Semitic expert appointed by the defendants. The appointed experts had to answer four questions provided by the judge of the case: Are the Protocols of the Elders of Zion a forgery? Are they plagiarized? If yes, what was its source? Do the Protocols fall under the term Schundliteratur (trash literature)? While the experts Arthur Baumgarten and C. A. Loosli declare the Protocols of the Elders of Zion as a plagiarism and a forgery, Ulrich Fleischhauer claims that they are genuine but of uncertain authorship. While Baumgarten and Loosli have tried to be brief, Fleischhauer has used several sessions. Antisemitism in German thoroughness, as reported by the Berner Tagwacht. Even disputes between the experts are presented in detail, as well as how Loosli settles with Fleischhauer and his expertise. The Bern Tagwacht calls this a 'pleasure' and Fleischhauers performance a duck fight. The verdict of the court confirmed the falsification and plagiarism of the Protocols of the wise man of Zion. The Nebelspalten published on 7.6.1935 a cartoon in which 'Juristitia' punishes Theodor Fischer and Silvio Schnell. The Volksrecht publishes an article with the title: Mr. Hitler has now reason to get upset."@eng . . . "1 electronic resource (49 pages)"@eng . .
