The file contains a criminal complaint of Silvio Schnell against Vladimir Bourtzew, A.M. du Chayla, Boris Nikolayevsky, Sergius Swatikov, Paul Miljunkow, Dr. H Sliosberg, Dr. Chaim Weizmann, Dr. Markus Ehrenpreis, Dr. Mayer-Ebner and Dr. Max Bodenheimer for false testimonies in court in the trial against the 'Protocols of the Wise man of Zion' in 1933. The defendants were summoned as witnesses in the Bern trial and Silvio Schnell now questions the accuracy of their statements.
