rico:scopeAndContent "The file contains a Staatsrechliche Beschwerde fuer Herrn Boris Toedli gegen den Rekursentscheid der Anklagekammer des Obergerichtes des Kantons Bern vom 24.6.1936. Two constitutional complaints are handled in, the first one is regarding the discussion from the 24th of June 1936 based on unconstitutionality and the second one is regarding a revaluation. In the complain also the facts of the verdict from the 14th of May 1935 are presented. The verdict regarding the forgery of the Protocols of the wise man of Zion was based on two newspaper articles from 1921. In those articles Chayla testified that he got the Protocols in 1909 from Nilus, who told him that he got them from Mrs. K. and she got them from General Ratschkowsky. As the Layer explains in this complain, this testimony from 1921 is now proven to be wrong, which means that also the verdict and the whole trial needs to be reevaluated. Furthermore the lawyer shows that more testimonies are proven wrong now and that also evidences which have been used for the trial are based on this testimonies, which, so he argues, coud not be used."@en ;
