It is based on the reports of Rudolf Fleischmann, a Jew who told him a lot about his religion and tradition. In this letter he writes about the 'Protocols' and where he first heard from them. Rudolf Fleischmann, a rabbi in Poland, told him about the 'protocols' and about the secrets of the Talmud. Further more he introduced him to all the 'christian hostile rituals of the Jews', as Noskowicz explained. He gives his testimony that the 'Protocols' are authentic."@en ;
