Its programs are recorded by emigrants in the Soviet Union and intended to"re-educat" the German people. The publication provides an overview of the last years of the war and the progress made by the Allies, envisioning a future for Germany after most of the actively involved Nazis have been brought to justice. The appendix includes a Manifest to the German Army and People which was issued by the National Committee"Free German" on July 14th, 1943.
