The weakness of Hitler is illustrated through various examples. The last chapter deals with the concept of fascism and the worker, and the role of the worker in the Weimar Republic. Parts of the National socialist party program dealing with social or economic affairs are shown to have become irrelevant. The destruction of the unions, the establishment of\"Kraft durch Freud\" (Strength by Joy) and the introduction of the German Labor Code are explained.
