It announces the creation of a 'Centre for Anti-fascistic Studies and Actio\", which was inaugurated on April 25th, 1937. Representatives from 14 nations were present. The by-laws stated that national and international organizations and individuals will accept the manifesto\"Friede und Demokrati\" (Peace and Democracy). Members include Thomas Mann, Pablo Neruda, Jose Gaos, Paul Langevin and H. G. Wells. The centre will consist of a documentation center, a press- and information center and a propaganda and int. liaison office.
