The pamphlet contains a sermon by the bishop of Münster, Graf von Galen from August 3rd, 1941 about the T4 program of Euthanasia. The pamphlet criticizes the quite acquiescence of the bishop and numerous Germans, who are well aware of the atrocities committed by the Nazis. The fact that they do not confess and amend for their inaction is viewed as an act of cowardice. A letter of deep concern and condemnation by the bishop of Limburg, regarding Euthanasia in Hadamar to the minister of Justice from August 13th, 1941 is included.
