תיעוד של שירות המודיעין הרומני הנוגע למשפטים של פושעי מלחמה רומנים.
באוסף חומר של ה-Siguranta, שנאסף בהקשר משפטיהם של פושעי המלחמה הרומנים. המשפטים נוהלו בידי"טריבונלים עממיי" שהוקמו והתנהלו על פי תקנות"חוק מס' 31" של משרד המשפטים הרומני מיום 21 באפריל 1945. נוסף על החומר המשפטי, באוסף גם מסמכים רבים שהוצאו מתיקיהם המקוריים של הנאשמים לצורך הכנת התביעות.
ה-Siguranta פורקה לאחר עליית השלטון הקומוניסטי והוחלפה ב-Securitate. גוף זה פורק עם נפילת השלטון הקומוניסטי, והוחלף ב-Serviciul Roman de Informatii. שירות המודיעין הוא שמסר את החומר המצוי באוסף תיקים זה למוזיאון השואה ב-Washington, ועותקים הועברו "יד וש".

Documentation from the Romanian Intelligence Service regarding the trials of Romanian war criminals.
In the collection there is material from the Siguranta (Security Police), which was collected within the context of the trails of Romanian war criminals. The trials were conducted by"People's Tribunal" which were established and conducted in accordance with the regulations of Law No. 312 issued by the Romanian Justice Ministry, 21 April 1945. In addition to the legal material, there are many documents in the collection which were removed from the original files of the defendants in order to prepare the charges.
The Siguranta was disbanded after the Communist rise to power, and it was replaced by the Securitate. This body was disbanded at the fall of the Communist regime, and replaced by the Serviciul Roman de Informatii (Romanian Intelligence Service), which submitted the material found in this collection of files to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, and copies [of the files] were transferred to Yad Vashem.
