Announcements to the population issued by Rumkowski in the Lodz Ghetto: Announcement from Hans Biebow, dated 15 November 1943 stating that Announcement Number 401 is no longer in force The extra food rations that workers received prior to Announcement Number 401 must be returned; owing to basic problems in organizing the supply, the special supplements are henceforth canceled; organization of the food supply to the ghetto has been transferred from Rumkowski to the responsibility of the Ghetto Administration; effective as of 15 November 1943.
