Announcements to the population issued by Rumkowski in the Lodz Ghetto: Announcement Number 366 dated 25 February 1942 regarding replacement of German and Polish copper coins being withdrawn from circulation Ghetto residents are requested to replace German and Polish copper coins being withdrawn from circulation as of 1 March 1942; the coins may be exchanged at Bank No. 2 or at the police stations.
