Benjamin Sagalowitz Archive: Judicial documentation regarding criminal proceedings conducted against dissemination of the"Protocols of the Elders of Zio" in Switzerland, 1933-1934 In the file: - Protocol submitted by SIG (Union of Jewish Communities in Switzerland) in Bern regarding the trial proceedings against the leadership of the Nazi Union in Switzerland regarding the dissemination of the"Protocols of the Elders of Zio" (Deliberation regarding the authenticity of the"Protocol"), 29-31 December 1934; - Indictment submitted by Rabbi Marcus Ehrenpreis, the Chief Rabbi of Stockholm, at the Basel court, 14 December 1933, against Alfred Zander, a journalist for the"Eiserne Bese" the Nationale Front ( Swiss Nazi party) newspaper; Zander was accused of defamation through journalism following the dissemination of the"Protocols of the Elders of Zio".
ארכיון ב' סגלוביץ: תיעוד משפטי בדבר הליכים פליליים שהתקיימו נגד הפצת "פרוטוקולים של זקני ציו" בשווייץ, 1933-1934 בתיק: - פרוטוקול שהגיש ה-SIG ב-Bern, של מהלך המשפט נגד מנהיגות איגוד הנאצים בשווייץ, על הפצת "פרוטוקולים של זקני ציו" (דיון על אמינותם של "פרוטוקולי" מה-29 עד ה-31 באוקטובר 1934); - כתב תביעה שהרב הראשי ב-Marcus Ehrenpreis ,Stockholm, הגיש לבית המשפט ב-Basel ב-14 בדצמבר 1933. כתב התביעה הוגש נגד Alfred Zander, עיתונאי ה"Eiserne Bese", עיתונה של המפלגה הנאצית השווייצרית"Nationale Fron". העיתונאי נאשם בהשמצה בעיתונות בעקבות הפצת "פרוטוקולים של זקני ציו".
