Compensation claim for damages caused by Aryanization of the Steyrermuehl Papierfabriks-Verlags-Gesellschaft (Paper Factory and Publishing House) firm - Comptroller's report regarding the commercial and financial condition of the Steyrermuehl firm and its branches in light of the presentation of a claim for financial compensation by the owners of the firm to the Reichsstatthalter (Reich-appointed governor) - Aryanization Department for presenting irrelevant facts regarding the structural condition of the firm before it was sold; the inspection was conducted by Donaulaendische Treuhand und Organisations Gesellschaft, a trusteeship and organizational company in the Danube area by a certified accountant; - Letter from the firm to the Reichsstatthalter in Oberdonau claiming compensation for financial damages caused to the firm during the Aryanization process, among other claims, due to misrepresentation in determining the number of non-Aryan administrative members and share-owners, most of whom were Aryans [a hint of fraud?], 07 January 1941.
תבעית פיצויים בגין נזקי אריזציה של מפעל לנייר והוצאה לאור Steyrermuehl ( Papierfabriks-Verlags-Gesellschaft) - דוח ביקורת על מצבו העסקי והכספי של מפעל Steyrermuehl ושלוחותיו לרגל הגשת תביעת פיצויים כספיים של בעלי המפעל להמושל מטעם הרייך (Reichsstatthalter) - המחלקה לאריזציה בשל הצגת עובדות בלתי רלוונטיות בנוגע למצבו המבני של המפעל לפני המכירה; הביקורת נערכה בידי חברת נאמנות וארגון באזור הדנובה (Donaulaendische Treuhand und Organisations Gesellschaft ) בידי רואה חשבון מוסמך; - מכתב המפעל נשלח אל המושל מטעם הרייך ב- Oberdonau ב-7 בינואר 1941 ובו תביעה לפיצויים עקב נזקים כספיים שנגרמו למפעל בתהליך האריזציה, בין היתר, בגלל הטעיה בקביעת מספר חברי ההנהלה הלא-ארים ובעלי המניות שברובם היו ארים [רמז למעשה הונאה?].
