Commissions for the allotment of foreign currency (Devisenabgabe -expenditures of currency) - Disagreement between the Reich Association of the Jews in Germany (Reichsvereinigung der Juden in Deutschland) and the Jewish community in Vienna Notes made by Dr. Epstein, head of the Reich Association of the Jews in Germany, regarding the allotment of [foreign] currency to fund emigration expenses; disagreement between the"Associatio" and the Jewish community of Vienna concerning commission rates arousing suspicions regarding irregularities and integrity in the behavior of Viennese community senior officials; bringing the subject to the attention of the Zentralstelle für jüdische Auswanderung (Central Office for Jewish Emigration from Austria); there is no indication for whom the above notes, which seem to be a practical memo, were intended.
