Report submitted by the Youth Association Council in Vienna, held 19-20 September 1942 following the disbanding of Youth Aliyah and the Youth Association in Vienna and Aron Menczer's farewell - Aron Menczer's appearance at the Council on his return from the Doppl labor camp near Linz, after 18 months absence, and his imminent deportation; - Survey of the situation in the Council and a description of movement activities and its counselors in light of the circumstances at the time and the distress caused by the deportation of the Jews of Vienna; - Farewell meeting of those still left in the movement with Aron Menczer in the synagogue at end of the Yom Kippur fast (21 September) 1942; Aron Menczer was to report to the Sammellager (collection camp) in preparation for his deportation on 22 September 1942; Words of appreciation for Menczer's activities and personality; - Summary of Menczer's speech to the Council including his request at the end of his speech that those present swear their loyalty to the Jewish People and Zion.
