Reports and summaries of public funds responsible for payment of compensation to victims of political persecution for loss of property assets - Detailed report of the Fund for restitution of the value of capital financial assets to victims of political persecution that were confiscated or seized in accordance with the Bundesgesetz (law enacted by the West German government), 23 March 1961; - The report includes: a description of the legal basis motivating the Fund; a list of members of the board and the various committees, the criteria and bureaucratic operating methods, and the subjects for investigation of the claims and their implementation. - The mission of the Fund is to deal with capital capital only, in accordance with the above law: cash money in the banks, securities, mortgages, Reichsfluchtsteuer (tax on escape from the Reich); - General summaries of the claims with itemization of the countries of origin; financial values; operating expenses for the Fund; official announcements in the press; 17 addenda.
