Koepness regarding events among the leadership of the Jewish community of Vienna and Austrian Jewry, 1926-1937; - The main body of the memorandum deals with the question of the involvement of the leaders in Chancellor Karl Schuschnigg's struggles against the takeover of Austria by Germany and Schuschnigg's appeal to the Jews of Austria to provide financial and political assistance; In the memorandum, the efforts made by the senior community officials in reaching out towards Adolf Eichmann regarding release of Dr. Loewenherz from detention and controversial internal community matters are mentioned. - Other personalities mentioned in the memo: Koerner , Engel, Rottenberg and Friedmann; There is no mention of the name of the writer of the notes, but it reasonable to assume that the notes were written by Dr. Loewenherz.
