It is also in memory of and in honor of the authors who were ostracized and some of whom were exiled to concentration camps, or emigrated of their own free will or even committed suicide; in preparation for the exhibition a graphic booklet was published including the names of the banned authors whose works were forbidden; cultural activities accompanied the exhibit.
