בתיקים אחרים תיעוד אישי כגון דרכונים ותצלומים של אסירים וכן כרטסת של אסירי המחנה (ולצידה כרטסת נפרדת של יהודים מהונגריה שהגיעו למחנה).
באוסף גם תיעוד אישי של אזרחים ממדינות שונות שנרשם בתיקים החל מתיק מס' 501 (תיקים אלה נרשמו בעבר בצורה ידנית החל מתיק ממס' 1 ואילך, וכן רשמו את שמות האזרחים ה\"ל, שזוהו בכל אחד מהתיקים, בקטלוג מיוחד שנסרק).

In the collection there are files from the Dachau concentration camp which were transferred to Yad Vashem by the Central Historical Commission of the Central Committee of Liberated Jews in the American Occupied zone.
In the collection there is administrational documentation including a few files kept by the camp administration.
In many of the files there are forms for payment and insurance of the inmates.
In other files there is personal documentation such as passports and photographs of inmates as well as the central card index file of the camp inmates (along with a separate card index file of the Jews from Hungary who arrived at the camp).
In the collection there is also personal documentation of citizens from various countries which has been entered in the files beginning with File No. 501 (these files were formerly recorded by hand, beginning with File No. 1and following; they also listed the names of the above citizens, who had been identified in each of the files, in a special catalogue which was scanned).

Starting with File No. 1, the numbers of the older files are listed as\"Previous File Numbe\" in each of the new items in Sapir whose numbers, as previously stated, range from 501 and following."@en ;
