Documentation from the Stadtarchiv Ludwigsburg (Ludwigsburg Municipal Archives) The collection includes varied and detailed documentation regarding the persecution of the Jews of Ludwigsburg during the Nazi regime, from various angles. The material includes: protocols of municipality departments, orders published against Jews, Jewish businesses and their closure, the confiscation of Jewish property including estimations of the value of many plots of land, tax files, files of local organizations, files regarding construction, photographs, a collection of a local historian who corresponded with survivors, sections from the estate of a local Jew, a large amount of newspaper clippings from the period of the Nazi rule that deal with Jews, and other materials.
