On behalf of the Fraternelle des Amicales des Camps (Belgian association of concentration camp survivors) the Ministère returns a certain letter The Wiener Library had lent to the Fraternelle for its exhibition ‘Life in German Concentration Camps’. The mentioned item was a letter by British journalist Hanns Alexander reflecting how he came into possession of a piece of tattooed human skin from a former German concentration camp.
