        rico:history               "<p>Dr Herbert Lewin (1899-1982) was a German physician, Holocaust survivor, and representative of German Jewry. The World War I veteran survived the imprisonment in the Łodz Ghetto and some concentration camps. Setteling in West Germany after the Second World War Lewin was appointed professor in Frankfurt am Main and clinic director in Offenbach.
