Alfred Jutkowski was a German born Israeli librarian. His father had campaigned for the Centralverein deutscher Staatsbürger jüdischen Glaubens (C.V.) in Berlin and had been acquainted with Alfred Wiener. Jutkowski and his family were among the very first hosts for German volunteers sent to Israel by Aktion Sühnezeichen Friedensdienste (Action Reconciliation Service for Peace).
