Correspondence with Gerald Reitlinger's 'The Final Solution'

Gerald Roberts Reitlinger (1900-1978) was a British (art) historian and scholar. Published in 1953 his book The Final Solution: The attempt to exterminate the Jews of Europe 1939-1945 was one of the first comprehensive studies of the Holocaust.

Involving various individuals and organisations the correspondence documents the role The Wiener Library played in the process of adapting Reitlinger’s study The Final Solution for its publication in West Germany.
