rico:history "Eric Colbeck began collecting stamps as a 7 year old boy. As a soldier in the occupation forces in Germany during the war he began to take an interest in the stamps of the nazi era. Later he began collecting stamps issued during the German occupation of East European countries. From this there developed an interest in the Holocaust and he began a new collection dedicated to this subject. In addition to collecting stamps he also gathered all manner of material explaining the background of the subjects shown."@en ;
