rico:history "The Jewish couple Ludwig (1891-1946) and Katerina Buchwald (née Neurath, 1908-1981) originally lived in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia. They had two children, Villiam Theodor and Herbert. In February 1939, Katerina fled to England with Villiam. Shortly after their arrival, they moved to Manchester. Ludwig followed with Herbert in April 1939. During World War II, the reunited family welcomed a third child, Noemi. After Ludwig's premature death, Katerina married German refugee Walter Zernik in 1947. The couple later moved to Australia."@en ;
