        rico:history                "Le Tribunal de Trieste instruit une procédure pénale en février-avril 1976 contre les responsables des crimes commis dans le camp de concentration de la Risiera di San Sabba entre 1943 et 1945. 174 témoins survivants ou proches des victimes se constituèrent en partie civile et se présentèrent devant la cour. Quant aux criminels nazis imputés, plusieurs avaient été fusillés par les partisans à la Libération, d'autres étaient décédés de cause naturelle. L'un des imputés principaux, August Dietrich Allers, commandant de l'Einsatzkommando Reinhard à Trieste, décéda en 1975 au cours des enquêtes. Joseph Oberhauser, commandant du camp de concentration de la Risiera, fut le seul condamné à la prison à vie, mais continua à vivre librement à Munich jusqu'à sa mort en 1979 (l'extradition ne fut pas possible en raison des accords italo-allemands qui permettaient l'extradition seulement pour les crimes commis après 1948)."@fr ;
