        rico:scopeAndContent    "2\r\nVorbemerkung:\r\n\r\nDas vorliegende Findbuch umfaßt insgesamt 251 Akten des Dezernats 45 (bis 1954; II/5 und II/6) Allgemeine Kulturpflege, Erwachsenenbildung, Schul- und Vereinssport der 1972 aufgelösten Bezirksregierung Aachen. Die Akten gelangten mit den Ablieferungen Acc.-Nr. 62/1976, 28/1977, 86/1977 und 25/1978 ins Archiv und stammen aus dem Zeitraum 1946-1972. Inhaltliche Schwerpunkte sind die Zuweisung von Zuschüssen und Beihilfen für kulturelle Einrichtungen sowie der Bau von Sportanlagen. Verzeichnet wurden die Akten über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg von Oberarchivrat Dr. Andernach (BR 1039, BR 1050), Archivratin Dr. Preuß (Regierung Aachen), Archivinspektor Hild (BR 1047) und Archivinspektor Wahl (BR 1058). Die Ordnung und Klassifizierung erfolgte durch Archivinspektor Wahl in Anlehnung an den Geschäftsverteilungsplan der Regierung Aachen von 1963, da ein Aktenplan nicht vorhanden war.
