        rico:scopeAndContent    "Einleitung:\r\n\r\nIm vorliegenden Findbuch sind Akten aus Dezernat 11 (vormals I/1; O1;02)\"Organisation und Persona\" der 1972 aufgelösten Regierung Aachen verzeichnet. Der 219 Archivnummern umfassende Bestand wurde aus mehreren Ablieferungen der Jahre 1976-1978 gebildet und hat Laufzeiten zwischen 1879 und 1972. Die Verzeichnung erstreckte sich über einen längeren Zeitraum und wurde von mehreren Bearbeitern durchgeführt: Staatsarchivinspektor Hild (BR 1029,1038,1047), Staatsarchivinspektor Bartz und Referendare (BR 1031), Oberstaatsarchivrat Dr. Andernach (BR 1030,1039,1050, 1055) und Staatsarchivinspektor Wahl (BR 1058). Die Klassifizierung und Anlage des Findbuchs nahm StAI Wahl vor. Das Findbuch schrieb Frau Lind. Bei der Benutzung sollten auch die Findbücher 211.01\"Regierung Aachen, Präsidialbüro und Sondergruppe\" und 211.02.01\"Regierung Aachen, Verfassung und Verwaltung; Hoheitssachen; Sonderkompetenzen cer Zentralverwaltun\" hinzugezogen werden.\r\nDie Akten sind zu bestellen: BR-Nr. + lfd.
