Wegen des Ausfalls anderer Ministerialbestände ist der Bestand des Justizministeriums für zahlreiche Betreffe auch außerhalb des Justizressorts von Bedeutung. Die vorläufige Aufstellung erfolgte nach Maßgabe des nach dem Einheitsschema der Kreisamtsregistraturen von 1833 (vgl.
