The fonds includes judicial files - files of the company register with prior documents since the second half of the 19th century, the records of termination of companies after 1945, and materials concerning forced auctions and forced administration. The criminal matters include accusations of communist thinking, Jewish origin, and contact with prisoners of war, illegal border crossing, smuggling, speculation with food and sabotage. It is also advisable to pay attention to the documents of the company register in the unprocessed part of the fonds (for example, there were found some documents concerning the partially Jewish firm of Hoffmann und Kraus, called Hoffmann und Hettwer since 1939, box No. 81). 
The material is divided into: I. Auxiliary books, and II. Files arranged by the original file series: files of undisputed civil cases, files of civil disputed cases, criminal agenda, and company register. They are divided in more detail by file labels. Some of these agendas, even though being stored in an archive, have not been processed yet because of long appraisal periods, and are not accessible (e.g. undisputed cases).
