The significance of this fonds is only supplemental. From relevant sources, it contains only inheritance files from 1939–1943 and/or guardianship and custodial files from 1939-1943. Persons of Jewish origin will apparently be recorded in these materials only in exceptional cases. 

The structure of the fonds respects a change in the file service in 1941 and is divided into two parts: before and after that date. Within these groups documents are structured by subject groups: a) 1938–1941: Files (inheritance records, guardianship and custodial records, disputes, misdemeanours, criminal matters); b) 1941–1943: Assisting books, Files (inheritance files, guardianship and custodial files, disputes, misdemeanours, criminal matters).
