The fund contains well-preserved documents of justice administration from the occupation period and sorted in accordance with the individual cases that the court addressed; it is possible to have a clear look into the functioning of the period administration of justice. Jewish history is involved in the following documents: the death sentence fordental technician Weber, member of the NSDAP (Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei), who in 1943 declared that no one believes in victory anymore and that the concentration camps are ruled by medieval methods and many Jews die there and the Germans are bearing a heavy guilt (sign. 142Eb, file No. 1); investigation file of Jew Hans Israel Block, living in Trutnov, who allegedly greeted some people in the street with the so-called German greeting, (sign. E 45 G, file No. 15); recording of a session with Jew Hans Israel Block, who was arrested by the Gestapo and taken to the concentration camp of Flossenburg (file No. 88); record of a Jewish music teacher in Maršov, Franz Kübel, who was arrested by the Gestapo on 6 December, 1939 (file No. 32); record of a session with a Jewish trader, Karl Israel Königer, resident in Trutnov, who was arrested by the Gestapo and later released (file No. 89); record of a session on Jewess Elisabeth Sara Goderov, living in Trutnov, widow of a Jewish businessman, who was arrested by the Gestapo and released after three weeks (file No. 90); record of a session with Jewess Ruth Sara Hammer, who was arrested by the Gestapo for crossing the state border (file no. 94); record of a session with Herbert Mahrly residing in Mladé Buky, who was arrested by the Gestapo for a relation with a Jewess (file No. 114); record of a session with factory worker Hedwig Demelová, residing in the Dolní Staré Město, who was arrested by the Gestapo for a relation with a Jewess (file No. 120); investigation files against a Jew Karl Sax from Maršov on a suspicion of setting a fire (sign. Js-8/1939, file No. 145); notice of the Gestapo in Liberec to the Senior Public Prosecutor at the Provincial Court in Liberec on a Polish Jew James Schanzer, resident in Javorník (Mohren) near Hostinné (sign. Js-20/1939 cards. No. 148); investigation files against a Jew J. Popper from Dolni Teplice in Broumov district for an offense of perversion of blood as he had a German maid in his home (sign. Js-206/1939 file No. 154); investigation files against the procuration clerk of Jewish origin Joseph (Jakob) Schanzer, residing in Vrchlabí district, for the offense against the Act on the Protection of German Blood and Honour, as he had a German woman in his household (sign. Js-632/1939, file No. 166); investigation file against Jewess Anna Sara Kalb, who was falsely accused of defamation, as allegedly had tell an official that the wife of a gendarmerie sergeant was listening to English radio (sign. Js-296/1940 cards. No. 181).
