The Act defined only the organizational principles relying on the wording of the old Austrian laws. The direct predecessor of the Supreme Administrative Court in Prague was the Administrative Court of Justice in Vienna. It specialized in assessing the legality of decisions of administrative bodies, mainly of a civil nature, and only exceptionally it was invited to revise defective laws. The system conceived in this way was also adopted in the newly established Czechoslovakia as the Supreme Administrative Court."@en , "The file material of the fonds was taken over by the Central Archive of the Ministry of the Interior in Prague from the Administrative Court in Bratislava in 1952. In addition to the legislative documentation, the presidium also retained all significant internal organizational materials that reflect the staffing, management and actions of the Supreme Administrative Court, etc. Very valuable may be their own court decisions, which describe the facts, allow for insight into such details of property and intentions of the complainant that are difficult to achieve elsewhere. Documents directly relating to Jews can also be found in the documents - information on the placement of Jews in Terezín, non-public trial materials - indebtedness of Jewish property, confiscation of property, debts, orders to leave apartments, cancellation of leases; also, information on the statutes of Jewish communities and their property, complaints against decisions in matters of citizenship, domicile, eviction, dissolution of Jewish religious communities, etc."@en ;
