Presidium files were separated from the individual handling periods and made accessible by a catalog. Other files were divided according to the handling periods 1850-1867; 1868-1902; 1903-1935 with 1936-1945, in which they are always divided according to subject groups. Registry finding aids have been quite completely preserved. Since 1929, accounting books have been kept.
