rico:history "The history of many originators of the fonds overlap with the history of individual participants and witnesses of the Czech resistance and Nazi occupation, or institutions that joined the resistance or later included the former resistance movement participants."@en , "As early as May 1945, the Presidium of the Municipal Office of the Capital City of Prague commissioned the Prague City Archives to establish the archive of the underground resistance movement. In the following decades, many documents were added to the fonds through donations from witnesses of wartime events as well as from various institutions (e.g. from the Union of Anti-Fascist Fighters).
