The fonds contains documents of the judicial administration of the Chrudim district. Jewish affairs can be found in the following documents: inheritance files (files marked A, D) 1850-1935, index of estates, and registers of estates. Also relevant are the files concerning the declarations of death (file marked M) 1945–1948, guardianship files and registers (files marked E, P).
The fonds contains file material and official books. The files are sorted according to call numbers and volumes assigned by the court. There was a partial appraisal, during which Jewish inheritance files were set aside in one place (cardboard). However, most files are still waiting to be processed; they can only be searched with knowledge of, for example, the year in which the file was created in the relevant package. Declarations of death are also collected separately, but it is only a fragment in one folder.
