rico:generalDescription "The fonds was created by organising the surviving remnants of the register office of the supreme district councillor in Brno. But after 1942 most of these files came under the district head officer in Brno – administration by the order of the Reich. And so the fonds has two creators, because it was desirable to leave the fonds in the joint original file handling. The files of the German offices were transferred to the general register of the Regional National Committee in Brno, and from there in 1956 to the State Archives in Brno (today the Moravian Provincial Archives), where they were sorted into individual groups, and so the group Supreme District Councillor Brno was created. In 1960 the groups were inventoried again."@en ;
