The museum's collections include about 1,500 items, such as belongings of victims of Nazism, survivors, their families, and the Righteous Among the Nations. Additionally, the museum hosts a travelling exhibition called"Holocaust and Memory" which regularly holds events dedicated to the history of the Holocaust in Khmelnytskyi, as well as in cities and towns across the region.

The Museum of Memory of Holocaust Victims in Khmelnytskyi Region, located within the Thiya Community Center, was established on August 25, 2010, initially as a local history museum. The conception of the museum was led by Ihor Ratushnyi, the director of the Hesed Besht Charitable Foundation and the head of the Khmelnytsky Regional Jewish Community. The assembly of the museum's collection commenced in 1999. In September 2010, the museum secured a permanent location, and in September 2012, a permanent exhibition was unveiled. The museum's exhibition is partitioned into several thematic sections. The museum's collection is categorized into four thematic sections: Holocaust and Memory, Righteous Among the Nations, Jewish Resistance, and Warriors of the House of Jacob. 
Working hours from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m on workdays. The last day of the month is sanitary.

The museum has an archive containing copies of archival documents and original materials donated by Holocaust survivors, their relatives, or friends of those who perished.
