The workroom of the archive is opened Monday 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesday 9.30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday 9.30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Archive is a part of Central Archive Authority of the Moscow Oblast (Главного архивного управления Московской области).
Central Archive Authority of the Moscow is divided into 3 departments:
- Department of Moscov Province Archive Resource formation (Central State Archive of Moscow Oblast a part of that department)
- Department of coordination and control of the activity of the archival institutions.
- Department of organizational and legal work
- Department of Accounting
Archive holds documents referring to the history and current activity of the political, administration, cultural and social institutions active in the Moscow oblast.
