The archive was transferred five times (1958, 1975, 1986, 1991 and 2013). Between 1986 and 1991 the archival collections were stored in the village of Lubczyno near Gorzów Wielkopolski. "Archiwum Państwowe w Gorzowie Wielkopolskim " . "Resources of the Gorzów archive consists of two main parts. The first is the files created in the period up to 1945, the second comes from the years 1945-1997. Files of the first group constitute almost half of the total resources. In the first group the most interesting is the collection of valuable records of the town of Gorzów (the oldest from 1316). The collection also includes technical documentation of the buildings located throughout the city. This documentation was often used for the renovation of buildings. These files are the primary source for the history of the city, still providing unknown information. There are also collections of records from other localities (Międzyrzecz, Skwierzyna, Drezdenko, Lebus, Ośno, Trzciel, Pszczew and Brójec). There are i.a. the documents issued by the king Augustus II the Strong and Stanisław August Poniatowski for Skwierzyna. In the case of Gorzów and Skwierzyna the interesting chronicles of these towns are preserved, written in the sixteenth and nineteenth centuries. Small but very valuable is the collection of documents concerning Gorzów guilds. An interesting collection comes from the psychiatric hospital in Międzyrzecz-Obrzyce. These files contain traces of mass euthanasia perpetrated by the Nazis during World War II. Among the documents in German there are also valuable records of the courts (in particular, the court in Gorzów and Drezdenko) and of civil record. The latter are a valuable material for genealogical research."@eng . _:B7a1d6166fc72bb3cbe18119b62a55c68 . _:B3ceb1b06944920ef9bb0702e76de8079 . _:B3ceb1b06944920ef9bb0702e76de8079 "ul.
