The archive in Kamieniec Ząbkowicki possesses 1360 collections and archival founds, which makes over 4 running kilometers (as for December 31, 2010). The holdings were taken over from the former stocks in Kłodzko and Książ, the former branch in Wałbrzych and the Wrocław State Archive. There are the following kinds of documents:
- records of villages and local communities (after 1945),
- self-government and local administration documents (after 1945),
- documents of banks and financial institutions,
- documents of local factories,
- documents of agricultural cooperatives,
- documents of German land estates and factories (to 1945),
