rico:generalDescription "The Archive of the MASA, by its character, represents an independent archive and functions outside the network of the Archives in Macedonia. The main specialised role of the Archive of the MASA is accomplished by collecting, storing, processing, protecting and securing the use of archive materials primarily created either during the work of the Academy or by its members, as well as by the work of external institutions and significant individuals in the fields of sciences and arts. Established as a specialised institution within the Academy for research in the fields of sciences and arts, the archive is not only open to members of the Academy, but also to domestic and foreign researchers. \r\n\r\nПо својот карактер, Архивот—МАНУ е самостоен архив и е надвор од мрежата архиви во Македонија. Основната стручна намена на Архивот се извршува преку собирање, чување, обработување, заштитување и обезбедување користење на архивски материјали кои се примарно создадени при работата на Академијата, од нејзините членови, како и од работата на надворешни институции и значајни поединци од областите на науката и уметноста. Генералната функција на Архивот, како стручна единица на Академијата, преку материјалот со кој располага, се остварува со тоа што служи за истражувања од областа на науките и уметностите, како за членовите на Академијата и нејзините истражувачки центри, така и за домашни и странски истражувачи."@en .
