These files are issued by the institutional bodies of state administration, departments and administrations of the executive committee of the Tiraspol City Council, local governments, funds of village and village councils, industry managerial bodies, associations, plants, factories, agricultural institutions and collective farms, public education departments, educational institutions, cultural and educational institutions, public health authorities, documents of the department of social welfare, people's courts, prosecutors, notaries of the city and districts et al.\r\n\r\nStored documents are organised in files that contain inventories.
