The state institution"State Archive of the Kostanay Regio" was created on the basis of the resolution of the Akimat of the Kostanay Region dated January 14, 2005 No. 2. The State Institution “The State Archive of the Kostanay Region” is a special institution that permanently stores documents of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan formed in the activities of organizations of republican and local importance of all forms of ownership located in the territory of the region and being sources of archive acquisition. The State Archive is a scientific and methodological center for its branches, other institutions, organizations and enterprises of the region in matters of archiving and the documentation process.
