Archives départementales de l'Ain

The reading room of the Departmental Archives is accessible free of charge, after registration, on presentation of an identity document; it offers 15 consultation places for original documents and 6 computer stations. An internal regulation is given to each new reader, reminding them of the precautions to be taken for the preservation of documents. Once you have read them and signed a certificate, you can consult the documents in the reading room.
